Refund policy
At our vintage store, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned.
What items are returnable?
- We offer a 7-days return policy, meaning you have 7 days after the delivery date to request a return in our return portal.
- Items must be unused, resellable, or defective items not listed on the website.
- They must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- The ribbon must still be attached to the clothing.
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
- Discounted items.
- Items lost or stolen after delivery.
- Items lost or stolen after shipping.
- If the purchased product is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Vintage items may have pre-existing damage, which we try to note in the item description. If undisclosed damage is found, the item can be returned.
- Returns such as underwear or swimwear cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We allow exchanges for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
Refund Solutions:
- A refund in store credit will be given. Please note that a restocking fee of 2% of the item’s value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- With the store credit, you can select a new item in the store. This includes both the new collection and items on sale.
How soon will I get my refund?
- After your return is processed, you will receive a refund notice, and it will take an additional 1-7 business days for the store credit to be added to your account. Different time frames apply for orders outside the Netherlands.

Return Process Steps:
1. Submit the item through the Return Portal:
- Visit our website and navigate to the return portal.
- Fill out the return form with the required information, including your name, order number, and reason for returning.
2. We Assess the Return Request:
- Our team will review the return request to determine if the item is eligible for return.
- You will receive an e-mail notification with the status of your return request.
3. Ship the Item within 7 Business Days using DHL:
- If your return request is approved, ship the item back to the provided return address within 7 business days after your request has been approved.
- Upon approval of the return request, a shipping label will be sent. This shipping label can be used to return the products.
- Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. We Receive and Approve the Item:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If the item is approved for return, you will receive a store credit added to your account or a unique code via email.
- Please be aware that a 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit for restocking purposes.
5. Use Your Store Credit for a New Item:
- Use the store credit you received to purchase a new item from our collection.
- Add the desired item to your cart and choose to apply your store credit at checkout.
- Alternatively, enter the unique code you received via email during checkout to apply the discount to your new purchase.

IMPORTANT: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Return of items will only be accepted if shipped by DHL. All other shipping companies will not be accepted. Items must be submitted through the return portal within 7 business days after receipt.
